The North Carolina Transportation Museum pulls out all the stops for this one and opens everything they have. They also bring exhibits from outside to enhance the enjoyment of railroad fans of all ages.
This is our local show and we do our best to get everyone to participate in this one.
The town of Danville remembers one of the most well known rail tragedies ever. This show gets bigger and better every year as the town is really getting behind this show. It is also supported well but the mid east N-Trak clubs where we fill the Pepsi building with a layout every year.
The town of Appomattox turns into one large festival with all kinds of attractions, events and food for the young and not so young. We are proud to have been part of this event for the past 4 years and are looking another successful show.
We have been asked to support the NMRA MER Convention by putting up a layout.
A beautiful place for a train show that is rich in railroad and coal heritage. This was our first out of town event and continues to be an event that several of us look forward to each year.
